About the campaign
Adventurers David Grier and Andrew Stuart will run from Namibia to Cape Town, and then up Table Mountain 45 times in 45 days to raise awareness and funds for corrective surgeries. As they run along the Diamond Coast, they are dropping unique hand-painted stones. There are 500 stones in total. So, be on the look out for these lucky stones, and you could stand a chance to win a diamond.
Every 3 minutes, a child is born somewhere in the world with a cleft lip or cleft palate.
Miles for Smiles creates awareness and raises funds for Operation Smile who facilitate corrective surgery on children born with cleft lip and palates. For these children, a relatively quick, simple operation results in a life-changing smile.
